Refund policy

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact our Customer Care team at alaynarileyco@gmail.com so we can refund, exchange, or replace your product as soon as possible. Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern(s) in the email.

Conditions. We do not refund used or damaged products. Please return your items back to in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed because we cannot process refunds on items that arrive broken. All returns must be received within approximately 14 days of the day you receive your order. Proof of purchase is required on all refunds, exchanges, or replacements (e.g., your order number, order confirmation email, receipt, etc.).

Shipping and Handling. We do not refund return shipping or handling fees because we are a small, growing business. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned items. Once submitted, refunds are credited back to the same payment method used to make the purchase within approximately 3-10 business days.

Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS, GIFT CARDS, OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS.
